We start with both static and dynamic stretching and focus on flexibility to loosen tight post-game muscles.
We jog at our own pace for 20 minutes to increase blood flow to help reduce the lactic acid associated with soreness.
We do light plyometrics to work the entire body, continue to stretch, and increase coordination.
