Your post-game routine is just as important as your on-field performance. Join the District Champ coaches every Sunday morning for a light post-game recovery session to ensure you are ready for your next training session.

Stretching 

We start with both static and dynamic stretching and focus on flexibility to loosen tight post-game muscles.

Jogging 

We jog at our own pace for 20 minutes to increase blood flow to help reduce the lactic acid associated with soreness. 

Plyometrics 

We do light plyometrics to work the entire body, continue to stretch, and increase coordination.
